I remember one method that goes like this.
-Sign up at 000webhost.com
-You get $5 everytime somebody uses your referral link
-Use a site like minuteworks and give people $.50-$1 if they sign up.
Rather simple way to earn money.

I don't know if either of those are true, but it doesn't matter. Just the concept.
Find a site that pays when people sign up, then use sites like minuteworkers to get sign ups.
